Holiday Events
  reen Hills Memorial Park has a tradition of bringing
the sounds of music to the local community free of charge. The annual Labor
Day Music Festival, "A Concert in the Park," has included the talents of
the Torrance Symphony Orchestra and the Peninsula Symphony. At Christmas,
Green Hills Memorial Park sponsors "Santa Claus through the Neighborhood"
a program which sends Santa in his sleigh to the local community.
Previous holiday events have highlighted local choirs and musical ensembles
in a Christmas Concert to the delight of the gathered audience.
