Free Workshop on the Importance of Pre-Planning

Easter Sunrise Service - Sunday, April 4, 2010
We held our first Easter Sunrise Service in the spring of 1948. Today, ours is the largest Easter Sunrise outdoor service in the South Bay area. The multi-denominational service is celebrated in conjunction with the South Coast Interfaith Council and the San Pedro Pastors Fellowship. All are welcome.
25th Annual Memorial Day Observance, Monday, May 31, 2010
We continue to honor our fallen soldiers with a special Memorial Day weekend event that draws over 15,000 visitors to the park. We are privileged to host California's largest Memorial Day service, conducted annually at 10 AM.
How To Survive The Holidays
For families who have lost a loved one, each November we invite a grief counselor to give a seminar that is held at Green Hills Memorial Park. This service is provided free to the community. Please check back for more information, or call us at (310) 521-4460.
Bereavement Sessions
Also available to those who have recently lost a loved one, at no charge, this grief support group meets at Green Hills Memorial Park the first Thursday of every month, 5 PM - 6:40 PM. For more information, contact (310) 521-4468.
